BURNING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Trim top of wick to a quarter inch before lighting.
  • Keep wax free of matches, wick trimmings, and other flammable materials.
  • For best results, burn candle not more than 2 hours at a time for 2” diameter, and 3 hours at a time for 3” diameter.
  • Under non-ideal burning conditions, the burn well might become too narrow or too wide. Lengthen burn time to increase well width, shorten burn time to decrease well width.
  • If candle has burned off-center, extinguish flame and then push wick towards center while wax is still soft.
  • Do not extinguish with water. Gently blow out flame or use a snuffer.
  • If the flame is too small, pour off excess wax.
  • Keep out of drafts. Drafty conditions might cause smoke and/or uneven burning.
  • If the flame is too large or smokes, extinguish flame and then trim wick.
  • Burn candle on heat-resistant surface or in heat-resistant candleholder, away from anything flammable.
  • While burning, never leave candle unattended.
